Introduction
We make quartz infrared heaters for the kind of industrial heating where you need speed and serious power. These lamps aren’t just about warmth—they’re about focused energy. Think PET blowing, plastic forming, the jobs that demand precision. We build them to fit exact electrical and mechanical spaces, because in your world, “close enough” doesn’t cut it.
Technical Deep-Dive
Here’s the thing: we run these heaters at 400V. That lets us pack a lot of power into a compact 300mm tube without overloading your wiring. The 2500W output gives you the watt density you need to hit process temperatures fast. And that 300mm length? It’s a deliberate choice—long enough to spread heat evenly across the target, but short enough to slip into tight clamshell and blow-molding cavities.
Material & Design
Inside, you’ve got a halogen-filled quartz envelope. It keeps the filament stable and the output consistent over the life of the lamp. The shortwave infrared is tuned for rapid absorption, so plastics and coatings heat up quickly. The R7s base is a simple two-pin connection, so the lamp drops right in—no hassle, just a straight replacement. Plus, a reflective coating on the quartz pushes energy forward, so less heat goes to waste and nearby parts stay protected.
Application & Benefits
On the PET blowing line, this setup means fast heating with low thermal inertia. The R7s connector keeps replacement simple, so downtime stays short. The 400V, 2500W combo delivers high heat density, but it does mean your cooling and electrical distribution need to be properly sized for the load and the ambient heat.
