You get a connection that actually lasts, without the constant fear of a short circuit. Keeping the water out The real killer is usually the junction where the lamp meets the wire. Moisture creeps in, hits the electrical connection, and—pop—the unit is fried. To fix this, we started using a vacuum-sealed potting process. It creates a tight, airtight barrier between the quartz glass and the electronics. No gaps. No leaks. Just a solid seal that keeps the humidity exactly where it belongs: outside the lamp. A quick heads-up on the fit These are designed to be a direct swap for most industrial systems. But, because we beefed up the insulation and the sealing, the connector is a little bit chunkier than the cheap stuff. Just double-check your mounting brackets. You’ll want to make sure you have a little extra breathing room for the upgraded lead-out. We’re done with the “disposable” way of doing things.
